I have a book called "Art Collections of the King and Queen" published by J Russel and Sons but can find no reference to it anywhere on the web. Can you tell me anything about it?

It is from the Baker St studios and i believe is from 1900 untill 1905. Coukd it be Royalty? Can you please advise me? Or put me onto someone that can help? Kindest Regards
