Sandra Lousada

Sandra Lousada studied photography at the Regent Street Polytechnic, during which time she gained insight into the working practice of leading portrait photographer Douglas Glass. She grew up surrounded by actors, writers, musicians and artists. Her mother was the stage designer Jocelyn Herbert and her father Sir Anthony Lousada was a Trustee and then Chairman of the Tate Gallery. Sandra Lousada's publications include Public Faces Private Places: Portraits of Artists 1956-2008 (2009) and London Light (2010).
