A painting by G. F. Mulvany was exhibited Royal Hibernian Academy, 1851, engraved by S. Allen for Madden's The United Irishmen (1st series, 2nd edition, 1858), frontispiece; a painting by J. P. Haverty is in the Irish NPG, and so is a silhouette by an unknown artist; a lithograph by R. J. Hamerton (in Turkish costume) was published R. Bentley (example in NPG); an aquatint (in Syrian costume) was published in Madden's Travels in Turkey, Egypt, Nubia and Palestine in 1824-7 (1829), I, frontispiece; there is an engraving by T. W. Huffam, after a daguerreotype by Claudet (example in NPG).
