Durham of 1875 is in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, exhibited RA, 1876 (1374), reproduced O'Connor, facing p 6; a bust by P. Park was exhibited RA, 1840 (1166); an engraving by B. Holl, after a drawing by A. Wivell of 1823, was published Colnaghi, 1826 (example in Mitchell Library, Sydney), reproduced E. Wakefield, New Zealand after Fifty Years (1889), frontispiece; a daguerreotype, of which there is a large reproduction in the NPG, is reproduced R. Garnett, Edward Gibbon Wakefield (1898), frontispiece.
