A painting by Sir J. Watson Gordon is in the collection of Messrs Blackwood and Sons, Edinburgh, exhibited RA, 1856 (424), Royal Scottish Academy, 1857 (350), and VE, 1892 (303); a painting by N. J. Crowley, exhibited Royal Hibernian Academy, 1837, is listed by W. G. Strickland, Dictionary of Irish Artists (1913), I, 238; a water-colour attributed to the sitter's nephew, Edward Warren, was in the collection of Miss E. Ashton Jonson, 1916; busts by H. Weigall senior and T. Earle, and a medallion by M. Wood, were exhibited RA, 1849 (1271), 1856 (1322), and 1857 (1302); various woodcuts, photographs and reproductions of photographs are in the NPG, and others were published ILN, XII (1848), 323, XXIX (1856), 598, and LXXI (1877), 137.
