Oil by Beechey offered to NPG in 1861, half-length in lord mayor's robes, not mentioned in Beechey's Account Books but sketched by Scharf (Sir George Scharf’s Trustees’ Sketchbooks, VI, 46).

Oil in Guildhall Council Chamber, unattributed in Guildhall Catalogue 1910 but by W. P. Courtney in Dictionary of National Biography to Lady Bell who exhibited a portrait of the Lord Mayor RA 186 (230), engraved as mezzotint by W. Dickinson 1817 (John Chaloner Smith, British Mezzotint Portraits, 90).
