Marble bust by Behnes at Shrubland, signed and dated 1835 and exhibited RA 1836 (1123).

Oil by Samuel Lane at Shrubland; a copy was commissioned by the De Saumarez family, presented to the United Service Club in 1838 (now Crown Estate Commissioners' collection) and exhibited RA 1839 (369) – whole-length standing in vice-admiral's uniform, insignia of the Bath and Swedish Sword, and two Naval Gold Medals (St Vincent and the Nile); a half-length copy is at Gripsholm and another, without Star of the Sword, is National Maritime Museum 45.2; a stipple and line engraving by Greatbatch with the artist's name as B. R. Faulkner was published 1838 in Ross's Memoirs and Correspondence of Admiral Lord De Saumarez, II.
