Highfill's Dictionary lists 43 engravings, mainly in character parts. Portraits are:

Oil by De Wilde in Maugham Collection, whole-length as 'Jack Nightshade' in The Choleric Man, 1972, reproduced, Guide, 1981, p 31. Several oils and drawings by De Wilde of Fawcett in character parts are in the Garrick Club.

1809
Pencil drawing by George Dance in Garrick Club, profile signed and dated: 5 Jan 1809.

1815
Oil on wood panel by G. H. Harlow at Parham Park together with companion portraits of Fawcett's wife and sons; an engraving by Say was published 1815 and a coloured chalk drawing was in SKM 186 (1847).

Undated
Miniature attributed to Jagger and called Fawcett is in Garrick Club (427P).
