A painting by W. M. Tweedie was exhibited RA, 1866 (443) engraved by twelve engravers (example in NPG); busts by H. B. Burlowe and C. Bacon were exhibited RA, 1831 (1174), and 1866 (999); there is a photograph by H. S. Mendelssohn of Newcastle-on-Tyne in the NPG.
