Chalon of 1859 (standing beside his painting of 'Waterloo') was sold at Christie's, 25 November 1969 (lot 192); a marble bust by H. Weekes is in the Royal Academy, London, exhibited RA, 1870 (1221); a lithograph by R. J. Lane of 1845, after Count A. D'Orsay, is listed in Lane's 'Account Books' (MS, NPG archives), II, 64; there is an engraving by A. B. Durand, after F. S. Agate (example in NPG); there is a photograph in the NPG.
