Oil by Romney, half-length begun March 1797 and left with Saunders after the Romney sale April 1807 (H. Ward & W. Roberts, Romney, 1904, II, p 89).
Oil by Hoppner formerly in Holland Collection, head and shoulders in a plum-coloured coat, yellow waistcoat and white neckcloth, exhibited RA 1807 (38) (Holland House Catalogue, 139).
Miniature by Andrew Robertson exhibited RA, 1820 (810).
Lithograph by Gauci from a portrait by Eddis c.1830, possibly now at Torridon House (Earl of Lovelace); another lithograph by Miss Turner 1832.
Marble bust by Richard Westmacott the younger in Ockham church (Pevsner, Surrey, 1971, p 394).
