Statue by John Gibson, whole-length seated on a Grecian chair. Little Glemham church, Suffolk. Carved in Rome the head from ‘a cast of the likeness modelled by Nollekens’; the original was lost at sea, but was insured and Gibson carved another (T. Matthews, Gibson, 1911, pp 74-75). Engraved O.
