Etching, head and shoulders profile to left in spectacles, 'From a Pen & Ink sketch (by one of his Pupils) now in the Library of the Hospital' published posthumously.

He appears as a central figure in Temple West's satire on the influenza epidemic of 1803, 'An Address of Thanks' from the medical profession, discussed by Dr Renate Burgess in Medical History, October 1979, pp 469-73.
