Rodwell is in the collection of Earl Mountbatten; a painting by F. Havill was sketched and recorded by G. Scharf, 1888, Sir George Scharf's Trustees' Sketch Books, XXXV, 3; a painting by Sir J. E. Millais of 1877 is owned by the British and Foreign Bible Society, London, exhibited RA, 1878 (242), Winter Exhibition, Grosvenor Gallery, 1886 (72), VE, 1892 (129), and Old Masters, RA, 1898 (64), reproduced J. G. Millais, Life and Letters of Sir J. E. Millais (1899), II, 85, engraved by R. Josey, published H. Graves, 1878 (example in NPG); a painting called Shaftesbury by an unknown artist was in the collection of Hugh Cameron, Boston, USA, 1958; a painting by M.
