Oil by Lawrence in the Louvre, three-quarter-length with Ribbon and Star of Bath, mezzotint by Charles Turner 1814 (Alfred Whitman, Charles Turner, 1907, 607); a letter from Whitworth to Turner commissions the mezzotint as soon as Lawrence can be persuaded to finish the portrait (letter from Dublin Castle, 9 December 1813 in NPG archive); a miniature copy by Grimaldi is listed in Rev Alexander Grimaldi, A Catalogue of Paintings, Drawings & Engravings by and after William Grimaldi, 1873, 375. Another portrait by Lawrence, whole-length in robes, is said to have been finished by Wilkie (Kenneth Garlick, ‘Catalogue of Paintings, Drawings and Pastels of Sir Thomas Lawrence’ in Walpole Society Journal, XXXIX, 1964, 197).
