Both Bishops of Lincoln and both born in Yorkshire. Bishop Fleming born in Crofton, Wakefield, was a fierce opponent of John Wycliffe. Bishop Flemming founded Lincoln College which Bishop Rotherham also supported.

The Coat of Arms are that of both Bishops and form that of Lincoln College which also include the arms of Lincoln Diocese. I expect the plate was published by Lincoln College itself.
