Please correct this entry; the model of George III on horseback is NOT by Sir Richard Westmacott but, as the legend states, by Agostino Carlini. The model was first exhibited at the RA in 1769 and is currently preserved at the Royal Academy (https://www.royalacademy.org.uk/art-artists/work-of-art/model-for-an-equestrian-statue-of-king-george-iii). There's an earlier engraving by Francesco Bartolozzi with the statue transported on rollers, rather on a plinth as here (A. Calabi and A. Baudi De Vesme, Francesco Bartolozzi, Milan [1928], n. 818.
