Man on left is definitely the radio and television presenter Pete Murray (1925-).

Further to my earlier comment, the person in the middle is Paul Lincoln 1932-2011) a wrestler who co-owned the 2i's coffee bar in Soho that launched rock and roll in Britain. Lincoln was instrumental in promoting the music and was Wee Willie Harris' manager.
