Appears to show Beryl Markham on the Queen Mary at New York on 23 September 1936, prior to sailing back to the UK. She had successfully become the first woman to fly the Atlantic east-west solo earlier that month in The Messenger, a Percival Vega Gull with a Gipsy VI engine.
Footage of her arrival in Southampton is available from British Pathe.
