McMahon photographed Dick shortly after her appointment as Commissioner for an issue of British Vogue dedicated to female leaders in various industries. Praised for her frank handling of challenges faced since her appointment, Dick appears approachable and relaxed as she casually leans by a window in her police working dress uniform.
