The portrait of Richard Greene (D2804) is signed 'E Stringer Lich Scul', and is the work of the Lichfield artist Edward Stringer (d.1810) (see the impression in the BM Ee,4.34). The print was pl XXX in Stebbing Shaw's Staffordshire, 1798-1801, but whether it was made expressly for the publication is unclear
