Hello. I originally saw the picture with Spike Milligan's head on the cover of an LP entitled 'Milligan Preserved'. I remember the picture well. I owned the record, along with many others. If you type "Milligan Preserved" into Google or your search engine of choice, you should get returns relating to the record. I just did using Google.
