1 Lady Du Cane, one of Lord Lyndhurst's daughters, was apparently unaware of the clause in her mother's will, when she gave this drawing to her half-sister, Sophia Clarence Becket, in 1902. Lady Aberdare was rather upset when she discovered that she had to give the drawing up on Lady Du Cane's death in 1927.
