This portraitback to top

One of a set of seventeen drawings by G. P. Harding engraved for the Deans of Westminster published in 1823 (see also Bradford NPG 2416). Wilcocks wears a Bishop’s rochet and chimere with the red ribbon of the Bath as Dean of that Order.
Both the portrait and the bust in the Westminster Deanery on which this drawing was based remain untraced today.
