Unidentified and possibly related to NPG 54, 'The House of Commons in 1833' (see Richard Ormond, National Portrait Gallery: Early Victorian Portraits, 1973, p 526).

As with NPG 1695(a-x), the drawings [NPG 2662(1-38)] were made in the House of Lords during the trial of the Queen.
