Stumbling upon this image whilst searching for Cyril Osborne, I was startled, and wondered what, precisely, a group of such disparate people could possibly constitute, given that 'Out' isn't very descriptive as a name. I could find no mention of it anywhere, and then the penny dropped: this is a group of public figures wanting to keep Britain out of the Common Market. The second UK application was made in May 1967, and was refused in September. I've not been able to discover if the artist was sympathiser or merely photographer; I suspect, given his in-laws, the latter.
