Are you interested in art, history and portraiture, meeting new people and getting involved in the future of the National Portrait Gallery? JOIN US!

Youth Forum are a group of 14-21 year olds who collaborate with the Gallery and influence its activity, get inspired by the collection, and shape the offer of the Gallery for young people.

As the Gallery is currently closed for major redevelopment work, meetings are taking place virtually so anyone in the UK can take part. Opportunities to meet in person at the Gallery and at London locations will be explored later in 2022. Meetings take place once a month on a weeknight, from 5.30-7.30pm

  • You like art or history and want to meet like-minded people
  • You’re based anywhere in the UK.
