The Portrait Restaurant is a contemporary British dining destination with renowned chef Richard Corrigan at the helm. Situated on the fourth floor of the National Portrait Gallery, The Portrait offers an all-day menu that highlights the finest flavours of the British Isles while providing diners with spectacular views out across Trafalgar Square and beyond.

At the heart of The Portrait Restaurant is Chef Corrigan's comfortingly unpretentious approach to food: Source the best, treat it with respect, and the flavour will follow. Whether you're taking a break during your gallery visit or seeking a memorable dining experience in its own right, the à la carte menus showcase a fusion of classic dishes from Corrigan's storied career and innovative modern creations. The restaurant also offers an enticing wine selection featuring timeless favourites and exciting new cellar discoveries.

For those searching for a quicker dining option, a set lunch and pre-theatre menu are available, starting at just £34 for two courses or £39 for three courses.

The bar serves classic cocktails and bold aperitifs, including the new signature ‘Salt & Vinegar Martini’ and a delectable snack menu.

Designed by the luxury hospitality design studio Brady Williams, the restaurant features an open kitchen, expansive glass window and spacious dining room offering all diners breathtaking vistas from every seat. It also incorporates sculpture and hand embroidered wall coverings by de Gournay.

The Portrait Restaurant is available for group dining and event bookings. To find out more information, please visit The Portrait Restaurant website.

Gift vouchers for The Portrait Restaurant are available on the restaurant's website.

The Corrigan Collection are delighted to once again work alongside one of Britain’s longest-running luxury hospitality group Searcys at the National Portrait Gallery.
