This February half term, bring your family and friends to enjoy activities across the Gallery and be inspired by stories of LGBTQI history and people in the Collection. In celebration of LGBT History Month, take part in storytelling sessions, craft workshops and family tours around themes of diversity and acceptance.
Dress To Impress
Drop in, 11.00-13.00
Give historical figures in the Collection a glamorous new look by drawing or collaging outfits for them to wear.
Drag Queen Story Time
Drop in, 11.30-12.30
Join Drag Queen performer Topsie Redfern, who’ll be bringing glam, wit and joy to a story time session in the Gallery. Particularly suitable for under 5s.
Pop Up Photo booth

Have your photo taken by our Youth Forum at our roving photo-booth. Dress up as famous faces from the Gallery - who will you become?
Meet in Main Hall

Discover key LGBTQI heroes on display in the galleries in a guided tour. Particularly suitable for over 10s.
We Can Be Heroes
Drop in, 14.00-16.00
Inspired by singer and actor David Bowie, create your own heroic identity by adding logos, shapes and colours to a mask to wear.
