In celebration of LGBT History Month, this February half term, bring your family and friends to enjoy free activities across the Gallery and be inspired by stories of LGBTQI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex) history and people in the Collection. Everyone welcome.

Join artist Anthony Luvera to create a photographic portrait to take home celebrating your family, inspired by portraits in the Collection. Create a message, show what you mean to each other or just have fun with it!

Decorate your own tote bag to take away! Join artist Sadie Lee to draw your own portraits and make colourful statements about what family means to you.

Join Drag Queen performer Topsie Redfern, who’ll be bringing glam, wit and joy to a story time session in the Gallery. Particularly suitable for under 5s.

Join multi award winning author and journalist Juno Dawson as she talks about her career and work including This Book is Gay and The Gender Games. BSL (British Sign Language) interpreted. Particularly suitable for over 12s.
