These intimate art weekends enable you to explore, develop and improve your creativity. Working alongside leading artists and photographers, take inspiration from the Gallery and look at portraiture in new, exciting ways. Class numbers are limited to 12. Over 18s only. All materials are provided.

Exhibiting photographer Vikram Kushwah leads this two-day workshop in which you will investigate the simple, complex and ambiguous nature of photographic portraiture. Taking inspiration from Vikram’s work and the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize 2019, work with a model to create compelling portraits in both natural and studio light, using various elements such as mood, props and colour. Suitable for those who already have some knowledge of digital photography and know how to use their cameras in manual mode.
