Join Senior Curator, Dr Charlotte Bolland for a presentation of the partnership exhibition that has been developed with the Holburne Museum, Bath and National Museums Liverpool. Including over seventy works from the Gallery’s Collection, The Tudors: Passion, Power and Politics, opens on 20 May at the Walker Art Gallery. Placing the Tudor monarchs and their courts in an international context, the exhibition explores court culture, religion, queenship, trade, empire and language in the sixteenth century.
