Join a storyteller to hear about the life and nursing work of Maud McCarthy, Matron-in-Chief for the British Armies throughout the First World War.

Meet a First World War soldier

Meet an actor playing ‘Tommy of the Somme’, describing his life on the front and the first day of the Somme.
