This year, the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize is again accompanied by the People’s Pick, allowing exhibition visitors the opportunity to vote for their favourite portrait in the show.
This year 12,156 votes were cast between 18 November 2018 and 14 January 2019. The overall winner was Danel, 7 from the series Children of Grenfell by Richard Ansett, which received 951 votes. In second place was Portrait of 'Strong' Joe Smart from the series Tombo's Wound by Joey Lawrence (764 votes) and, in third place, Runner Up from the series Double Jab ABC Show by Sam Wright (706 votes).
The public vote is now closed, but visitors to the exhibition are still able to register their choice and enter our prize draw to win a Leica C-Lux camera.
One winner will receive a Leica C-Lux camera, worth £875. The Leica C-Lux is a versatile, touchscreen compact camera with 5x zoom, a high-performance 20-megapixel sensor, 15-fold optical zoom and 4K video recording capability.
You can enter the draw using the digital screen inside the exhibition. All entries received before Sunday 27 January 2019 are valid for the prize draw. Entry is limited to one per person.
