Vorticism vs Bloomsbury

Wyndham Lewis, the Vorticists and the Bloomsbury circle shared a common aim to pioneer a British response to Modernism and they worked in collaboration until a very public row in 1914. Richard Cork, Paul Edwards and Frances Spalding are among the speakers who will explore the rift and its consequences.

Sunday Session - Stylised Portraits
Inspired by the exhibition, work from your own photograph of a person to produce an angular drawing concentrating on line, shading, diagonals and curves. Leading on to creating a stylised painted portrait, this drawing and painting workshop is led by artist Sadie Lee.
